friendly staff, no credit card deposit was taken (just some cash), it was easy to change booking without penalties.
horrible location, awful small rooms, noisy, not safe at all. so much worse than ChunKing Mansions and other hostels.

The single room is too small. I can not imagine there is so small a "room" in a "hotel".

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at Lander Hotel Prince Edward. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which really made me feel comfortable during my stay. The modern furnishings and clean bathroom added to the overall positive experience. Although the room was on the smaller side, which is expected in Hong Kong, it was still well-designed and efficient. The hotel staff, including the manager and cleaning staff, were friendly and helpful whenever I needed assistance. Despite some minor inconveniences such as the distance to the MTR station and the lack of complimentary drinking water, I still found my stay at Lander Hotel Prince Edward to be quite enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, friendly staff, and decent value for money.

Location, but quite a walking distance from MTR if you are having a big luggage.

The guy staff is more friendly than the girl, the room is small enough, but comfortable to stay.
The location is a little bit far than mtr station, but consider ok for walking as the price is much more cheaper as compared with other hotel. If you are ok to walk, then can go for it!

The staffs are accommodating. Rooms are clean. I recommend it though for travelers who seeks paying not so much for hotel accommodations.
The room is so small. Our bags can't even accommodate inside. There's no restaurant where we can eat and not accessible for leisure cause we always get lost going back to hotel, cause even locals don't know their place.

The price and the staff on the nightshift were amazing and friendly and helpful. The location is EXCELLENT.
The day staff were really miserable and the room was a little compact but overall we were very happy here. It was nice and quiet in the evening too.

Convenient Location & Reasonable Price During my recent city trip, I chose a hotel that was located in a great area, with easy access to shops and restaurants. the room was also reasonably priced, which was a plus. the room had a nice carpet that was comfortable to walk on.
the bathroom had a strong odor that persisted despite numerous complaints to the staff.
